The Happy Kitchen Food Co have created a super tasty Christmas Lunch puree for your little one. If you’re baby led weaning the ingredients can be given to baby if they’re cut into baby hand size pieces.
3 small carrots
4 brussel sprouts
1 small bunch of flat leaf parsley
1/2 a poached turkey or chicken breast, shredded.
1/2 a low or no salt stock cube
Peel and chop the carrots and prepare the brussel sprouts.
Place the vegetables in a saucepan and cover with water,
add the crushed stock cube and boil until tender.
Drain the vegetables, leaving a little of the stock and purée or
mash along with the shredded turkey or chicken and the parsley.
Add breast or formula milk to achieve your required texture.
